Xin Li was born and currently resides in Shanghai. In 2012, He obtained a one-year certificate from the International Center of Photography (ICP). Starting in 2018, Xin Li transitioned from commercial photography to artistic creation. Since 2019, Xin Li has been sharing content related to contemporary photography on the Chinese website Bilibili, accumulating over 2.77 million views to date. In Xin Li's works, the main emphasis is on responding to news or historical events, creating an expressive space primarily through digital imagery or appropriation.
